The MIST Committee and Carleton Place Soccer Club are dedicating our Girls’ and Boys’ MIST tournaments to the
Memory of Campbell Melvin (1961-2008)

The recipient of this award will be a coach that exemplifies the coaching qualities that Campbell demonstrated; impartiality, gentleness, sportsmanship, quiet passion for the sport, dedication to soccer and players, supportive, demonstrates and encourages camaraderie.

The Recipient of this award will be selected by Coaches participating at MIST, Referees and Officials that see the above qualities in coaches during tournament.

Each team is given a ballot at registration. Please confer with your team to select the most fitting Coach you encountered during MIST. Please print the coach’s name on the Ballot and place in the ballot box at the Field Marshall’s tent by noon on Sunday.

If you need assistance with a coach’s name, please come to the Field Marshall’s tent. Please make note of the game number and team name to ensure we find the correct coach for you.

Thank you for participating in MIST and please vote for the most fitting coach you encounter during MIST to help us honour Campbell’s Memory.
